We had an urgent problem with a blocked toilet and Tyson attended after hours. Tyson was so professional and was kitted out with everything needed to clear the blockage in the pipes in the yard caused by tree roots. We are very happy with the service and the professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again! Highly recommended this Compnay . I had a leaking problem with the evap units, thought is the pipe need to be replaced. Contact Best Coast, they had a very quick response and ready to check on the day I called which will be later afternoon, due to my time schedule have to move to next day. They contacted me in the morning and provide a accurate information also detailed quote about my problem with $0 cost, it turn out is a part needed to be replaced, since my unit is quite new they suggested contact the manufacturer to see if cover by warranty before I proceed with the job. Bird is very friendly and very helpfully with explaining to me the problem so I can contact the warranty company.This time I may not request their service but I am supper impressed and happy with the customer service and efficiency of how they approach the job. I highly recommend this company, if I have other problems with plumbing or aircon in the future, will definitely use them !

Lindon from BestCoast provided me with excellent service and professional advice on our evaporative unit. One major attraction of choosing BestCoast is that there is NO Call-out fees, $0 to have someone come to my house to provide me with initial investigation on my failed evaporative air unit.I was provided with options to replace individual parts and also the option to replace the entire unit. Not only that I was given pro and cons of choosing different brands and price range of each compatible unit.When it comes to $$ payment, Lindon was not pushy and BestCoast have given me ample of time to sort out my own finance.The new evaporative air cooler roof unit was installed the next day after payment made.Overall my wife and I are really happy with the new evaporative Air cond and we can’t say any better than to recommend them to everyone to give them a try !

We had our evaporative system replaced with a refridgerated reverse cycle duxted system. I can't credit Tyson and his whole team enough! The response we received to our initial enquiry was so fast, friendly, and professional! The quoting process and customer service was so good that we didn't even bother getting another quote! Our 20+ year old evaporative air conditioner was not running as it should so we rang Best Coast Plumbing & Gas for a quote to repair or replace. Tyson came out the same day and identified a serious problem which could have resulted in our ceiling being flooded. We decided to go with a replacement and 2 days later Tyson and Lyndon installed the new unit. It was a 43 degree day and these guys did not stop until the job was complete. The guys at Best Coast Plumbing and Gas Tyson, Lyndon and Rueben provided a service that was second to none and represented best value for money. They quoted on Thursday and installed our new replacement evaporative cooler along with new replacement diffuser vents on Saturday. Our new system not only works better, is quieter and the new ceiling vents just lifted the look of our home. At the end of the job they took away all the old system and rubbish at no extra cost. 13th December 2023THANK YOUYesterday our evaporated air conditioning unit stopped working. Rang Best Coast and with no fuss or extravagant call out fees a service was booked. The 22 year old Cool Breeze Evaporative Cooler fan unit seized. I contacted Best Coast and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted straight away and after looking at the Evap unit, Tyson gave me a quote. When time came to replace the fan unit, Reuben, was able to do the work in an hour, he replaced the fan motor and the blades. He checked everything was working, but was concerned that as a 22 year old evaporative cooler, it might have other issues. Reuben was polite and and answered my questions. I am happy with the work, but am concerned now the unit might not last as I cannot afford to replace the cooler with a new one!!
Tyson promptly attended on a weekend call out to assess and provide options for our very old evaporative aircon unit that wasn't working.We found his initial meet quick, easy and very professional. We received a quote immediately for replacement of our old unit.We later communicated with Lyndon once we had the funds to replace the aircon unit. Again, exceptional customer service and the promise of arranging it to all be done in 1 day did happen. This included us deciding at the last minute to go ahead with their suggestion of an Electrician to install a new power outlet on the roof rather than running a longer cord for the power source.Upon installation we also met Reuben, another member of their team who was great at communicating the process of installation and removal of our old unit.We definitely would recommend this team of skilled, affordable and reliable professionals and we will most certainly be requesting their services again when needed.Thank you to all of your team for making our hot summer more enjoyable at home.
