Had a blockage that was caused by the outside drain cover sitting too low, therefore clogged with dirt, mulch etc. It wasn’t the first time this had happened. Not only did they fix the blockage, they raised the height of the drain a good 10cm to avoid it happening again!

This was by far one of the best plumbers I have ever had. Before choosing this service I organised a plumber from a different company they charged me 150 to come to the house didn't look at anything and then said it would be 1500. Best coast plumbing came out for free did it for a third of the cost and was just an awesome experience

Easy to deal with. Arrived early for initial assessment (no charge). On time for instalment. Worked meticulously (bought own drop sheets and vacuumed mess as they worked). No hidden or extra costs (paid as quoted). Polite, friendly, great customer service. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it took some time for a response after my initial online inquiry. Lindon was an absolute legend to deal with.Explained in great detail everything we needed to know in regard to benefits and installation of our water filtration system with the initial quote. Then once we decided to go ahead with the install, We were very promptly booked in by the companyOn the day of install it was absolutely bucketing down. Lindon had to dig up our grass to install the water filtration and the weather did not stop him one bit. Our grass was replaced as if no one had touched it. Ee were given a thorough explanation of the system and how it works.Can not fault the service or the products of Best Coast Plumbing

Great quality workmanship & worked through some nasty rainy weather to ensure my family had a new hot water system when our old one died. 100% would use Best Coast Plumbing &Gas again
Prompt same day service and it was a Saturday, estimated an arrival time window of between 12-3 pm, technician arrived at 1pm.I had already prepared the job by lifting pavers and removed sand and exposed sewer line and had also removed the inspection cap.Technician used a pressure cleaner with a rotary nozzel and inserted into sewer 4.5 metres to clear blockage with instant success.Packed up tooling and left site at 1.30pmTotal time on site 30 minutes but the charge was $490 very expensive and seems excessive for the time required to do the job
I had a nasty leak in my wall cavity &urgently needed a Plumber to come & investigate the problem. This company attended the same day & even though they couldn't fix it that day, the promptly attended the next working day. My 82yr Mum needed a small water leak in her bathroom cabinet fixed but as she noticed it on a Sat i rang Best Coast Plumbing in the hope of getting a quote & to book someone in after the weekend as it wasn’t an emergency but where Tyson said he could attend within the hour & at no extra callout cost for the elderly so where i informed Mum & she was very happy to hear this so Tyson attended & rang me with a quote then did the job & where my sister who met with Tyson on Mums behalf said he was a very nice/friendly guy who she would have no hesitation in calling out again for any future plumbing issues👍

I can't recommend Best Coast Plumbing & Gas enough! They got back to me right away and were able to come out to my place within 24 hours. When they showed up, they broke down the pricing super clearly: if they finished in under an hour, it would cost one amount, and if it took longer, it would be a bit more. I asked if they could get it done within the hour, and they totally delivered. Afterward, they explained why the blockage happened and answered all my questions. They were super transparent, communicative, and just really friendly overall.

Sent the team a text message rather than make a phone call at some silly hour. 20mins later a response from Lindon saying no probs, Tyson will attend the job. Scoped out the job to replace the old system which was too small & wasn't fit for purpose anyway. This kind of service I'm more than happy to pay for. Professional, pleasant demeanour, nothing too hard and good solid advice.. One thing I will mention here is your visit advisory service. "We will be attending in 13mins." Best plumbing service we have dealt with. Contacted them late on a Friday night close to midnight with noise coming from our hot water system. Replies were almost instant and booked for the morning. We were so thankful to have hot water on tap done really professionally and prompt. Ruben was friendly and knowledgeable. Work done was so neat and no mess left behind. We had an urgent problem with a blocked toilet and Tyson attended after hours. Tyson was so professional and was kitted out with everything needed to clear the blockage in the pipes in the yard caused by tree roots. We are very happy with the service and the professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again! Highly recommended this Compnay . I had a leaking problem with the evap units, thought is the pipe need to be replaced. Contact Best Coast, they had a very quick response and ready to check on the day I called which will be later afternoon, due to my time schedule have to move to next day. They contacted me in the morning and provide a accurate information also detailed quote about my problem with $0 cost, it turn out is a part needed to be replaced, since my unit is quite new they suggested contact the manufacturer to see if cover by warranty before I proceed with the job. Bird is very friendly and very helpfully with explaining to me the problem so I can contact the warranty company.This time I may not request their service but I am supper impressed and happy with the customer service and efficiency of how they approach the job. I highly recommend this company, if I have other problems with plumbing or aircon in the future, will definitely use them !

Lindon from BestCoast provided me with excellent service and professional advice on our evaporative unit. One major attraction of choosing BestCoast is that there is NO Call-out fees, $0 to have someone come to my house to provide me with initial investigation on my failed evaporative air unit.I was provided with options to replace individual parts and also the option to replace the entire unit. Not only that I was given pro and cons of choosing different brands and price range of each compatible unit.When it comes to $$ payment, Lindon was not pushy and BestCoast have given me ample of time to sort out my own finance.The new evaporative air cooler roof unit was installed the next day after payment made.Overall my wife and I are really happy with the new evaporative Air cond and we can’t say any better than to recommend them to everyone to give them a try !

We had our evaporative system replaced with a refridgerated reverse cycle duxted system. I can't credit Tyson and his whole team enough! Our 20+ year old evaporative air conditioner was not running as it should so we rang Best Coast Plumbing & Gas for a quote to repair or replace. Tyson came out the same day and identified a serious problem which could have resulted in our ceiling being flooded. We decided to go with a replacement and 2 days later Tyson and Lyndon installed the new unit. It was a 43 degree day and these guys did not stop until the job was complete. The guys at Best Coast Plumbing and Gas Tyson, Lyndon and Rueben provided a service that was second to none and represented best value for money. They quoted on Thursday and installed our new replacement evaporative cooler along with new replacement diffuser vents on Saturday. Our new system not only works better, is quieter and the new ceiling vents just lifted the look of our home. At the end of the job they took away all the old system and rubbish at no extra cost. The 22 year old Cool Breeze Evaporative Cooler fan unit seized. I contacted Best Coast and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted straight away and after looking at the Evap unit, Tyson gave me a quote. When time came to replace the fan unit, Reuben, was able to do the work in an hour, he replaced the fan motor and the blades. He checked everything was working, but was concerned that as a 22 year old evaporative cooler, it might have other issues. Reuben was polite and and answered my questions. I am happy with the work, but am concerned now the unit might not last as I cannot afford to replace the cooler with a new one!!
Tyson promptly attended on a weekend call out to assess and provide options for our very old evaporative aircon unit that wasn't working.We found his initial meet quick, easy and very professional. We received a quote immediately for replacement of our old unit.We later communicated with Lyndon once we had the funds to replace the aircon unit. Again, exceptional customer service and the promise of arranging it to all be done in 1 day did happen. This included us deciding at the last minute to go ahead with their suggestion of an Electrician to install a new power outlet on the roof rather than running a longer cord for the power source.Upon installation we also met Reuben, another member of their team who was great at communicating the process of installation and removal of our old unit.We definitely would recommend this team of skilled, affordable and reliable professionals and we will most certainly be requesting their services again when needed.Thank you to all of your team for making our hot summer more enjoyable at home.
