I’ve been using them for years now and they’re the only plumbers I trust with my own home and my family’s.I first contacted them after my mum had been significantly overquoted elsewhere, and I haven’t looked back. Their pricing has always been really competitive, they’re reliable and responsive, and the aftercare is excellent. If something needs following up, they actually follow it up and make sure it’s sorted.I’ve recommended them to so many friends over the years, especially after they’ve received expensive quotes elsewhere, and they’ve had the same experience. The office team are always lovely and easy to deal with.... special mention to Shannon and Beth, who are very helpful and efficient over the phone.Tyson came out most recently and was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. What I appreciate most is that I’ve always felt I can trust their advice. They tell you what actually needs doing rather than trying to sell you the most expensive option and they’ve saved me a lot of money over the years because of that.Wouldn’t use anyone else - huge thanks team!Rochelle RawiriRochelle Rawiri1789777694 ★★★★★ I can’t recommend Best Coast Plumbing highly enough! Work done on site was very professional.Michelle DelgadoMichelle Delgado1788770577 ★★★★★ A massive thank you to James & all the team at Best Coast for your stellar services provided regarding our kitchen, laundry and ensuite renovations. For the past two months Best Coast have assisted us with fit out to rough in for all plumbing and gas tasks. James specifically guided me through any issue or concern with respect and consideration. I initially contacted Best Coast for an Air-Con dump valve issue and service back in Feb 24’. Since then we’ve demoted our reliable plumber (Pring’s Plumbing) and counted on Best Coast due to the all-round excellent services and reliability to all our Plumbing, Gas & Air-Con needs. I’ve left James and Nathan unsupervised, with my fur baby and will happily do it again. The reassurance and trust of their workmanship is shown by no return calls! They get the job done right the first time. Thank you to Lindon (business owner) also for the generous gift of compensation when Nathan couldn’t attend for rough in. Not needed but appreciated. Thankfully, James was in by the end of the week to finish the kitchen. So glad to have it back.Liam Brown-neavesLiam Brown-neaves1788249336 ★★★★★ Thank you so much Tyson Damo and Liam. We had been without hot water for days, trying various avenues to get someone to help us but with no success. He had Damon come out to assess the job the next day - I really wanted to change over my gas storage over to instantaneous but I also wanted hot water asap, so I knew I had to be reasonable. But Damon was able to rig up a little temporary storage system for that same night and the next day Chris came to completely refit everything to instantaneous. Just like that. I could have cried. And he left the site beautifully clean and tidy before he left. We could not be happier with Best Coast's responsiveness, service and attention to detail.
